A full-time opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow SLP (CF-SLP) to work onsite, offering support to students, collaborating with educators, and guiding them toward stronger communication skills throughout the academic year.

Primary Qualifications:

Valid SLP license or certification in Massachusetts, or eligibility for CF-SLP status Solid background in school-based settings, with prior experience serving school-aged children preferred Proficient in conducting evaluations, assessments, and developing effective IEP goals Demonstrated experience collaborating with teachers, special education personnel, and multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational abilities and communication skills Readiness for a full-time, in-person role and ability to pass a CORI background screening

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across assigned classrooms Evaluate students speech and language abilities, completing detailed assessments and documentation Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals Work closely with teachers and other support staff to tailor interventions and support each students needs Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to team-based educational planning Communicate progress and strategies with families and caregivers
