Job Description

Begin an exciting contract opportunity making a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners as a Speech Language Pathologist. This rewarding position is based onsite and offers the chance to work closely with elementary and preschool students, managing a caseload of approximately 45 children. Hours are flexible, ranging from 35 to 40 per week, allowing you to maintain a healthy balance between your professional and personal life. In this role, youll foster essential communication skills for children at foundational stages of their development, collaborate with educators and families, and have access to a dedicated support network for ongoing professional growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license (Clinical Fellows welcome to apply) Previous experience in pediatric and/or school settings highly valued Strong communication and collaborative abilities Commitment to fostering a supportive, engaging atmosphere for students Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and deliver individualized therapy sessions for students ages pre-K through elementary Develop treatment plans and adapt interventions to meet diverse needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Track and document student progress, maintaining organized records Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans
