This contract opportunity focuses on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders, empowering students to reach their fullest potential. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with children and a commitment to delivering high-quality care within a multidisciplinary educational team. Whether you are a seasoned SLP-CCC, newly graduated SLP-CFY, or have strong pediatric and school-based experience, your expertise will play a vital role in fostering student growth and achievement.

Desired Skills and Background:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants encouraged Prior experience in pediatrics, educational settings, or healthcare environments serving children Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families Familiarity with IEP documentation and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct, individualized speech and language therapy to K-12 students Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations Develop and execute IEPs in partnership with educators and other support staff Engage in progress monitoring, documentation, and regular communication with stakeholders Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to address student needs holistically
