9641066-01752 Job Description Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist serving a school-based population in the Marlborough, MA area. This contract opportunity allows you to leverage your clinical expertise while maintaining a flexible schedule, averaging 1.5 to 5 hours each week. Your role will include a blend of direct therapy services and consultation for student referrals, giving you the opportunity to shape communication outcomes and support academic success.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Massachusetts Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered Previous experience with pediatric populations, ideally in educational or healthcare settings Ability to provide both direct therapy and consultative services Commitment to collaborative work with school staff, families, and students Strong organizational skills and adaptability for a dynamic school environment

Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy to students, both individually and in small groups Participate in consultations, assessments, and meetings to support student referrals Develop, implement, and monitor individualized goals and treatment plans Document progress, collaborate on IEPs, and offer actionable recommendations to school teams Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals regarding student needs and progress Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines
