Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders Ability to adapt to varying student needs across K-12 grade levels Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech and language needs Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and educational teams Document student performance and maintain compliance with school and state requirements Support students in developing functional communication skills for academic and social success This contract position allows you to focus on impactful work within a supportive school environment. Schedules can accommodate both full-time and part-time availability, allowing you to balance your career and personal commitments.
