Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Possession of (or eligibility for) state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Accepting SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and candidates with school-based SLP experience Previous work with middle-school-aged students a plus Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Open to considering Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA), pending direct hire requirements

Core Responsibilities:

Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students in grades 5-7 Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans in coordination with educators and families Maintain accurate and timely documentation per school and state guidelines Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Participate actively in staff meetings, IEP meetings, and parent conferences This role offers the flexibility to accommodate both full-time professionals as well as those seeking part-time opportunities of 20 hours or more, with assignment caseloads being refined for optimal balance and impact.
