Essential Qualifications:

Current MA Speech-Language Pathologist license required Active MA Department of Education (DOE) educational certification necessary Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Previous experience in school-based speech therapy preferred Commitment to working exclusively onsite with students and school personnel Strong communication and collaboration skills

Expected Responsibilities:

Directly deliver speech-language pathology services to students within a school setting Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and monitor student progress Collaborate with educational teams to implement effective communication interventions Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in accordance with state and school policies Participate in IEP meetings and support families in understanding services Adapt strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
