Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) working onsite near Peabody, MA. This role offers the opportunity to serve a diverse school population and collaborate with dedicated educators in a supportive educational environment through the end of the 2026-2027 academic year.

Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current, active Massachusetts SLP license Valid MA Department of Education (DOE) educator certification Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere Passion for fostering student development and engagement

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy to students with varied communication needs Conduct evaluations, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings Support programming and professional development as needed Participate in ongoing training and comply with all state and school district regulations
