Qualifications and Requirements:

Active Massachusetts SLP-CCC certification is essential Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required Experience working in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings highly preferred Open to SLPs at all professional stages, including Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Comfortable working with teletherapy platforms and technology SLPA credentials or experience in school/healthcare settings considered an asset Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy to K8 students, addressing a variety of needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings with teachers, staff, and families Conduct assessments and progress monitoring with thorough documentation Deliver services both onsite and virtually, ensuring continuity of care Support culturally and linguistically diverse learners, leveraging Spanish language skills
