Qualifications and Experience:

Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license (Clinical Fellowship applicants welcome) Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred Proficient in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a range of speech, language, and communication disorders Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families Commitment to documentation and compliance requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group speech/language therapy to elementary and pre-school students (approximately 45 on caseload) Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students progress and educational goals Maintain timely and thorough documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship programs This position offers 35-40 hours per week, allowing you to focus on making meaningful connections and delivering exceptional care.
