Required Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Massachusetts SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered Previous experience in educational settings with school-aged children preferred Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation Outstanding organizational and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language interventions to a diverse caseload of K-5 students Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine therapy needs Write, update, and present IEPs as part of a multidisciplinary team Provide progress reports and collaborate closely with staff and families Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate student records Attend professional meetings and engage in ongoing professional development
