Key Qualifications:

Current or eligible Massachusetts Board of Allied Health license Valid Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education license in Speech and Hearing Disabilities (all levels) American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certification (CCC) or clinical fellows actively working toward completion Previous experience or strong interest in working with elementary school caseloads Commitment to evidence-based practices and inclusive communication strategies

Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and small group speech-language services in accordance with students' IEPs Assess, develop, and implement intervention plans to address a variety of speech, language, and communication needs Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Document sessions, maintain accurate records, and provide timely reports on student development Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of a positive educational environment Enjoy a schedule of 34 hours per week, working collaboratively with an engaged and supportive team, and contributing directly to students' academic and social success.
