Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Supervisor - CFY Mentor Make an Impact While Helping Shape the Next Generation of SLPs! We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Supervisor to join our team and provide clinical supervision and mentorship to a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Speech-Language Pathologist . This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys sharing their knowledge, supporting professional growth, and helping a new clinician build confidence while providing exceptional care to our residents. What You'll Do Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to an SLP completing their CFY Guide the CFY through clinical decision-making, documentation, evaluations, treatment planning, and resident care Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and professional development Support the CFY in meeting ASHA and state requirements throughout the fellowship Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide high-quality speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing services as appropriate Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Promote evidence-based practices and excellent patient outcomes Serve as a positive clinical resource and role model for the therapy team What We're Looking For Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of practice CCC-SLP preferred Experience practicing in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar healthcare setting preferred Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills Passion for mentoring and developing other clinicians Ability to provide constructive feedback and clinical guidance Strong organizational and documentation skills A collaborative, supportive, and team-oriented approach Why You'll Love This Opportunity Mentorship & leadership opportunity without stepping away from patient care Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a new SLP's professional development Supportive therapy team and collaborative work environment Competitive compensation If you're an experienced SLP who enjoys mentoring others and wants to make a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you!
