Opportunities exist to split your schedule, currently structured as follows: four days weekly at Wilde Lake High School (with the fifth day at a middle school, aiming for a full five days at the high school); four days at Forest Ridge Elementary (plus one at a middle school, with the intention to expand to five days at the elementary); and three days weekly at Hammond Middle School. Theres flexibility to combine assignments for those seeking full-time hours across locations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for the state of Maryland Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Recent experience in a school-based SLP role preferred Ability to provide services onsite within district schools Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in a diverse student population Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) to address each students unique needs Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and families to support academic and functional achievement Document progress and maintain compliance with district and legal requirements Provide both direct therapy and consultation as needed This supportive district offers a professional environment with the chance for long-term growth, running through June 9, 2027 with a weekly full-time schedule of 37.5 hours.
