Speech Therapist - Home Health We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join our care team and provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients. The Speech Therapist will work closely with patients and caregivers to improve communication, swallowing function, and overall quality of life. This role is ideal for a dedicated Speech Therapist who values patient-centered care and enjoys working independently. Responsibilities The Speech Therapist will assess and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders The Speech Therapist will develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs The Speech Therapist will monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary The Speech Therapist will educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and communication strategies The Speech Therapist will maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided The Speech Therapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care The Speech Therapist will ensure therapy services follow professional standards and regulatory guidelines Requirements Active Maryland license required for the Speech Therapist role CCC-SLP certification preferred for the Speech Therapist Strong communication and interpersonal skills expected from the Speech Therapist This is a great opportunity for a motivated Speech Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives through personalized therapy services.
