Required Qualifications:

Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Maryland (MD SLP License) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Prior experience working in school-based settings is highly valued Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage and support a diverse caseload of school-aged children

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans in alignment with each students unique needs Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings Monitor student progress, documenting interventions and outcomes according to district requirements Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Provide guidance, resources, and support to educational staff on speech and language development best practices This position offers a full-time schedule with the support and structure needed to focus on student outcomes and professional growth.
