Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current, valid SLP license in the state of Maryland (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CF) will be considered Experience in school-based settings highly desirable Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments for students Develop and deliver effective intervention plans tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to monitor progress and adjust goals as needed Maintain timely documentation for assessments, progress reports, and IEPs Participate in school-based meetings and multidisciplinary teams Provide consultative support and education to classroom teachers and staff
