Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred, but CFY candidates will be considered Previous experience working in a school environment is beneficial Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to develop rapport with students, families, and colleagues

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments of students referred for speech and language concerns Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school procedures and state/federal regulations Provide direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in small groups Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress and share resources Maintain accurate, timely records of services and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Incorporate evidence-based practices and flexible intervention strategies
