Qualifications & Experience Sought:
Active Maryland SLP license required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred Previous experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads, especially with infants and toddlers, is desirable Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and multidisciplinary teams Ability to document progress and comply with state and district guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for a caseload of infants and toddlers Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in partnership with families and teachers Work closely with district and office staff to deliver high-quality services Maintain accurate records and provide progress updates for each student Participate in IEP or IFSP meetings as needed to support each childs educational journey Become part of a supportive community that values your expertise, offers a flexible 2-3 day per week schedule, and allows you to make a lasting impact throughout the school year.
