Key Qualifications:

Hold a valid Maryland SLP license (MD SLP License required) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred Previous experience working with school-age children in an educational setting Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and management of speech, language, and communication disorders Strong collaborative skills to work alongside teachers, administrators, and family members Excellent documentation, organization, and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of school-age students as assigned Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine eligibility and needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations, interventions, and student outcomes Provide consultation and resources to educators and parents Enjoy the satisfaction of guiding students toward communication success in a supportive and collaborative school district.
