Job Description

Step into an exciting opportunity to support student success as a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract assignment running from October 1st through June 4th. This role spans several elementary sites, providing the chance to collaborate with diverse teams and make a positive impact on students across multiple campuses. You'll work with a caseload of approximately 35-45 students, helping to foster strong communication skills that set the stage for lifelong learning. This full-time position offers consistent hours from 8:00am to 3:00pm, providing structure to your week and allowing you to focus on meaningful, individualized therapy for students.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active Maryland State SLP license required Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience in school-based settings is highly desired Strong communication and collaborative skills Passion for supporting elementary-aged students in their developmental journeys
What You'll Do:
Perform evaluations, re-evaluations, and screenings as needed Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Document progress and maintain accurate student records Engage in virtual interviews as part of the process Working across multiple sites means every day brings new experiences and opportunities to adapt and grow professionally.
