Virtual Speech Language Pathologist in MD VocoVision - 4.0 Oxon Hill, MD Job Details Part-time | Full-time $39.71 - $59.71 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive services within a K-12 school environment in Oxon Hill, Maryland. This position is designed to support students with diverse speech, language, and communication challenges, fostering their academic progress and social interaction skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs Design and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to each student's requirements Deliver both direct and consultative therapy sessions Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and IEP teams to support student success

Qualifications:

Active Maryland SLP License is required Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification or eligibility to obtain certification Experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language pathology is preferred, though not mandatory
