A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Jewels Therapy Clinic is seeking dedicated Pediatric SLPs to join our growing team! We're more than just a clinic-we're a team that values growth and professional development. Position Overview As a Pediatric SLP at Jewels Therapy Clinic, you'll provide essential therapy services to children from infants to young learners, helping them navigate speech and language development with confidence. You'll collaborate closely with families and healthcare professionals to create supportive, holistic care experiences. What makes this role special? Key Responsibilities Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders in pediatric clients Create and implement individualized treatment plans Deliver engaging, effective therapy sessions Collaborate with families and healthcare providers for continuity of care Track and document client progress regularly Provide coaching and resources to families for home success Stay current with best practices and research in pediatric speech-language pathology
What We're Looking For Required:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Maryland state licensure (SLP) Ability to reliably commute to Baltimore, MD Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders Excellent communication, assessment, and therapy skills
Preferred:
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) 1+ years pediatric experience
What We Offer Compensation:
$68,000 - $82,000 per year
