In person | School-Based About the Role EMP Healthcare is seeking a Maryland-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year. The SLP will provide evaluations, therapy, IEP support, and progress monitoring for students from birth through age 21. The estimated caseload is approximately 30 students. Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services.
• Conduct evaluations and monitor student progress.
• Develop and support IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Active Maryland SLP license required.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills. Compensation
• Up to $68.00 per hour.
• Estimated weekly pay up to $2,550 based on 37.5 hours.
• Full-time and part-time schedules available.
