Job Description

Make a meaningful difference in students lives by providing specialized speech-language services in an engaging school environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated clinician with expertise in school-based and pediatric speech-language pathology, as well as teletherapy proficiency. Work closely with a collaborative team and contribute to student success near the Hagerstown, MD area.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group speech-language interventions for school-aged children Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders and develop customized therapy plans Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to support students communication needs within the academic setting Maintain accurate and compliant documentation as required by school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the multidisciplinary team process Utilize teletherapy platforms to ensure continuity of care for remote or virtual students Provide mentorship and support for Clinical Fellows, as needed
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Active Maryland SLP license (MD SLP) Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working in educational and/or pediatric settings Proficient in teletherapy platforms and digital case management Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills New graduates and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
