A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist required Holding relevant teaching certification Strong communication and organizational skills Experience in educational or school-based settings preferred Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsResponsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans Maintain documentation and track student progress in compliance with regulations Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning Offer support in both travel and locally based, in-person settings as neededBenefits and Perks:
