(Multiple) Full/Part-time positions available In-person Reports to: Director of Special Education Job requirements: Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech and language delays, disorders, and communication needs Ability to manage a caseload, keep detailed records, and report on student progress Comfort with adapting strategies and interventions to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced school environment Job requirements:Assessment and Evaluation:
Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' communication needs & develop appropriate treatment plansIndividualized Therapy:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students with identified needsCollaboration and Consultation:
Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the development & implementation of individualized strategies for student successIEP Development and Progress Monitoring:
Actively participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal setting, & track student progressBehavioral Support:
Provide speech and language interventions that support students in both the academic & functional areasProfessional Development:
Participate in ongoing training & professional developmentDocumentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of therapy, assessments, billing, & progress reportsMultidisciplinary Teamwork:
Collaborate with special education staff, general education teachers, & other related service providers to ensure a holistic approachSimilar remote jobs
