About Us:

Scarborough Neurodevelopment Center is a private practice dedicated to providing exceptional care and support for individuals with developmental and acquired communication disorders. We work primarily with adults, but accept patients of all ages. We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team part-time, starting at 20 to 25 hrs/week, with potential to move to full time.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and write evaluation reports Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy Educate patients, families, and caregivers about communication strategies and techniques Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in speech-language pathology

Qualifications :

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure and ASHA certification Two years of experience working with developmental and acquired communication disorders is preferred. Clinical Fellows will be considered. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to patients and their families. Experience with, or interest in, transgender voice services Interactive Metronome certification is preferred but not required
