Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain Experience working in school settings, with pediatric populations preferred Understanding of telepractice platforms and best practices Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to adapt therapy methods to diverse student needs
Core Responsibilities:
Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services to students of varying ages and abilities Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote holistic student success Document progress, maintain accurate records, and complete necessary paperwork on schedule Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively to deliver remote services when needed Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-based team initiatives
