Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or ability to obtain) Holds (or eligible for) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Previous experience with school-based caseloads, particularly with elementary-aged students, is strongly preferred Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to an assigned elementary caseload Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and track individualized student progress Support evaluations and RTI processes as needed Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to optimize student outcomes Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements Experience a diverse, energetic school environment where your expertise will make a tangible difference every day.
