Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Valid SLP license (State of Michigan, or ability to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Prior experience in school-based settings highly valued Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm (32.5 hours/week) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals Collaborate with educators and families to foster student success Document progress and maintain thorough records according to school/district protocols Actively participate in team meetings and contribute expertise
