Skilled Nursing / Post-Acute Rehabilitation Make a Difference Through Meaningful Therapy Concept Rehab is looking for a Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team in Lake Orion, Michigan . What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans Provide treatment for speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing needs Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, and other healthcare professionals Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to help patients reach their functional goals What We're Looking For Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Michigan SLP license in good standing ASHA certification preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care Why Join Concept Rehab?
