Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students in an ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) setting for the 2026-2027 school year. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll work onsite alongside dedicated educational professionals to positively impact communication development and help students thrive. This role offers a manageable caseload of approximately 25 students, fostering meaningful one-on-one connections and measurable progress over the academic year.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP license in the state, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required School-based experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in ASD settings Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within a multidisciplinary team Passion for developing individualized education plans and tracking student progress
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy to an elementary caseload, focusing on students within an ASD program Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure holistic support for each student Document and monitor student progress, making data-driven adjustments to therapy as needed Participate in IEP meetings, student planning, and integrated support team activities Maintain compliance with all state guidelines, ethical standards, and district protocols Contribute your expertise in a dynamic and supportive school environment where your skills will make a lasting difference.
