Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Previous experience in pediatric, school, and/or teletherapy environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of evidence-based SLP practices in educational settings Excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver evidence-based direct and consultative therapy services Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations Provide support and resources to teachers, parents, and other school staff Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to meet each students needs
