This full-time, contract opportunity is perfect for an SLP who excels at working with children and thrives in dynamic educational environments. You'll be providing in-person services at two engaging elementary campuses near Rochester, MI, splitting your week to support a variety of student needs. Three days per week, you'll collaborate with a specialized program focused on serving children with Autism, helping them develop essential communication skills and fostering success in the classroom. The other two days will be spent working with a diverse caseload of students who require speech and language support outside of the designated program. This position uniquely blends focused intervention and broader school-based SLP responsibilities, offering variety and challenge to help you grow in your practice.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current CCC-SLP certification Prior experience in school settings, with a strong preference for backgrounds supporting pediatric and autism populations Ability to manage a varied caseload and work collaboratively across teams Compassion, excellent communication skills, and adaptability in a school environment

Responsibilities:
