Qualifications:

Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Michigan is required SLP-CCC or eligible CFY status considered Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred Ability to independently manage a caseload of middle and high school students Collaborative attitude and strong communication skills Flexibility for either full or part-time work

Key Responsibilities:

Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to enhance student success Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with school and state guidelines Offer support and guidance throughout students' academic and personal development
