Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Michigan SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcome to apply Previous experience in school-based or pediatric healthcare settings is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Ability to manage a varied caseload and work collaboratively within a school team
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from a diverse pediatric population Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to monitor student progress and adapt interventions Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines Participate in team meetings, evaluations, and continuing education to support best practices Provide guidance, insight, and resources to families and classroom staff as needed
