9598582-48310 Job Description Step into an engaging, supportive educational environment as a Speech-Language Pathologist, providing impactful services to students across a dynamic ASD program. Located near Sterling Heights, this contract opportunity is full-time, running weekdays from 8:00am to 3:30pm, with placements across three buildingselementary, middle, and high school. The assignment spans the school years through June 2027, offering the chance to make a lasting difference for a diverse range of students in grades K-10. Youll deliver predominantly push-in services, collaborating closely with teachers and staff to promote communication growth in an inclusive setting. Your caseload will be well-balanced, with approximately 35-40 students to ensure effective individualized care.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Current license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC, or CFY) Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings Knowledge or familiarity with ASD and inclusive educational practices Collaborative approach and excellent communication skills Comfort working with students ranging from kindergarten through sophomore year of high school Ability to thrive in a multi-building, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language services within classrooms, offering direct support to students with ASD Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and ongoing progress documentation Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes Adapt interventions to meet the needs of each developmental stage across your caseload
