Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity awaits Speech-Language Pathologists who are enthusiastic about supporting elementary-aged students in a collaborative educational setting. This contract position begins as soon as possible and extends through June 16, 2027, offering the chance to make a lasting impact on a small caseload of 12 students in an ASD resource room.

Key Qualifications:

Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathology licensure (CCC or CFY required) Prior experience with elementary-age students preferred Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorders and intervention strategies Excellent communication and organizational skills Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with educators and families

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy services to students within the ASD resource classroom Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document student progress Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote student growth Support the development of social communication, language, and functional communication skills Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school district policies Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
