Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) for Michigan Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred CCC-SLP certification (ASHA) a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy to students with a variety of needs Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication disorders Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student success Develop and update IEPs and maintain thorough records Offer guidance and support to teachers regarding communication interventions Foster a positive, inclusive school environment
