Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert speech and language therapy services to the pediatric population during after-school hours. You get to determine the hours you want to work! Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric patients Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, utilizing evidence-based practices Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to support patient progress and facilitate effective communication strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. Educate families and caregivers about speech-language disorders, treatment goals, and home exercises to reinforce progress outside of therapy sessions. Stay current with advances in physiology, anatomy related to speech production, medical terminology, and best practices in speech-language pathology to ensure high-quality care. Pay:
$60.00 - $100.00 per hour Expected hours: 3.0 - 7.0 per week
