Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Hold, or be eligible to obtain, a Michigan SLP license Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and/or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status Previous experience working within school environments is highly valued Strong commitment to supporting student growth, collaboration, and advocacy Excellent communication, rapport-building, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide direct/indirect speech therapy services to assigned students Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster academic achievement and social communication Monitor, record, and communicate student progress regularly Offer intervention for a diverse caseload, meeting the needs of students with varying communication challenges Maintain current documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations You will enjoy weekly pay—applied to both direct and indirect services at the same rate—as well as a range of attractive benefits.
