9644274-48183 Job Description Make a positive impact as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students in a dynamic, school-based setting near Trenton, MI. This part-time, contract opportunity runs from ASAP through the end of the school year and involves providing essential speech therapy services 3 days per week. With a focus on both early elementary and middle school populations, youll work with students in ASD programs (K-2 and 6-8) and those with speech impairments within an inclusive educational environment.

Qualifications:

Valid Michigan SLP license required Ability to work with pediatric populations and knowledge of school-based service delivery Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed, though CCC-SLP is preferred Experience or interest in working with students on the autism spectrum is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy to approximately 30 students across two ASD programs (K-2 and 6-8) and elementary students with speech impairments Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support each childs communication goals Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress Document sessions and maintain compliance with school and state requirements This role offers a chance to grow your skills while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children.
