A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description
- Valid Michigan SLP license required
- ASHA Certification (CCC) highly preferred
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (or equivalent)
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and seasoned professionals
- Experience in pediatrics or previous work within school settings is valued, but not mandatory Role Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Provide direct and indirect services to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to implement best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
