A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description
Qualifications:
Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certification preferred (CCC-SLP) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field Prior school-based experience is a plus but not required Strong communication and organizational skillsResponsibilities:
Deliver engaging speech and language therapy to students in grades PK-5 Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans and goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Provide both direct and indirect services in compliance with IEPs and district policies Document assessments, interventions, and student outcomes clearly and timely This position offers weekly pay, guaranteed hours, and compensation for both direct and indirect services.
