Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a profound difference in student success by providing expert speech and language services in a dynamic school-based setting. This full-time contract opportunity near Andover, MN runs from the end of February through early June 2027, offering you the chance to work with a diverse caseload split between Early Childhood Special Education (approximately 70%) and Kindergarten through 5th grade (about 30%). Your expertise as an SLP will play an instrumental role in helping students build essential communication skills.

Desired Background & Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for supporting early learners and elementary-aged students

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in accordance with students' IEP goals Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support individual student needs Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports Deliver services in both ESCE and K-5 settings as scheduled This role is full time, with hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, offering structure and consistency throughout your week.
