Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

This position, beginning October 14th through the end of the academic term, is ideal for those with a passion for making a difference in children's communication and educational journeys. The role offers the chance to work in a collaborative school environment near Buffalo, MN, serving a diverse student population.

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

Active licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY candidates welcomed) Prior experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based speech-language services Competence in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy for school-aged children Ability to collaborate with educational staff, parents, and support teams Strong organizational and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills in accordance with district and state requirements Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' unique needs Provide therapy sessions individually or in groups, targeting educational success and communication growth Document progress and participate in team meetings and IEP development as appropriate Offer support, resources, and guidance to teachers and family members involved in the students' progress At this time, we are gathering additional details about the opportunity and are not actively recruiting.
