School-Based Speech Language Pathologist

This school-based Speech-Language Pathologist position is ideal for professionals excited to collaborate with educators and families while fostering meaningful growth for learners.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Passion for creating inclusive and supportive learning environments
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with district and state guidelines Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure holistic support for each student Document therapy sessions, maintain accurate records, and track student progress Participate in team meetings and in-service trainings as needed Advocate for best practices and support an engaging, positive learning environment Expect a collaborative setting where your expertise directly enhances students' potential.
