Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Familiarity with IEP development and implementation Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 students (ages 8-12) Conduct assessments to determine communication strengths and needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district and legal guidelines
