9650217-55016 Job Description Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based setting. This full-time, full-school-year assignment consists of 37.5 hours per week, working with elementary students on a diverse caseload. Initially, your role will be to provide essential coverage during a maternity leave at one building through Thanksgiving break. Afterwards, responsibilities will transition as needed across other schools within the district to address ongoing leaves or to deliver compensatory services for students who may have missed support earlier in the year. Qualifications:

Active Minnesota State Speech-Language Pathologist License (SLP-CCC preferred) Proven experience working with school-aged children, ideally in an elementary setting Understanding of school-based service delivery models and familiarity with IEP processes Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and navigate multiple locations as assignments shift Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
